Compliment Meditation

What is Compliment Meditation?
Give one genuine, specific compliment to someone every day. Not flattery — real observation. It rewires your brain to notice the good in people, makes others feel seen, and transforms your social interactions. The easiest way to become a person people want to be around.

How do you do Compliment Meditation?
- 1.Once per day, give a genuine, specific compliment to someone: partner, colleague, friend, stranger, barista, Uber driver
- 2.Make it SPECIFIC: not 'You're great' but 'The way you handled that angry customer was really impressive. You stayed so calm'
- 3.Compliment effort and character, not just appearance: 'You're really disciplined with your morning workouts' hits deeper than 'Nice shirt'
- 4.With strangers: 'I love your energy' or 'That color looks great on you' — brief, genuine, no agenda. Deliver and move on. Don't hover for a response
- 5.After 30 days: notice how your perception of people has shifted. You're now actively scanning for good qualities in everyone you meet. This is literally rewiring your social brain
How long does it take?
10 seconds per compliment.
Is it hard to start?
